1. Why them?

Why did you choose this specific company to pitch? What is it about them that you really love, or are interested in? Make sure this is specifically about the company and not just the industry or field in general.

Do some research on the company:

2. Why you?

What’s your personal story and why does it relate to this opportunity? What connects you to the industry, or the problem the company is trying to solve?

What’s your personal story? Why does it relate to this opportunity? What connects you to the industry, or the problem the company is trying to solve?
